Ben is the right-hand to all members of Team Pepka.  He does everything from answering the phones & writing contracts, to assisting in closing homes, but his main job is managing all of Team Pepka’s operations.  Ben works extremely hard to exceed the expectations of all Team Pepka clients. He is the guiding force behind the scenes that keeps everything running smoothly.  Having lived here since a toddler, he is a Florida native and loves so much about this area. He has been in the real estate field for over 16 years now and brings expertise in multiple aspects of the field. In 2022 Ben & his wife Rachel celebrated the birth of their 1st child, a beautiful daughter named Eve. When he is not working, his favorite activities include spending time w/ his wife + daughter, video games (on those rare occasions), yard work, the care + cultivation of rare plants & playing w/ his dogs Obie & Nera.
